"Absolutely amazing service from Shaun and his team! I was having issues with my garage door remote and the keypad, and they were able to get it replaced and working perfectly in a matter of no time. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process quick and easy. They took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left and explained how to work the new system. I'm extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs. Great experience from start to finish!"

Meet Lone Star
Locally Owned Garage Door Experts Serving New Braunfels, TX
Shaun answers the phone. That is most of what separates us from the call centers routing New Braunfels jobs to whoever is closest. We handle garage door repair, new door installation, and opener work ourselves, start to finish.
That's why the rating sits at 5.0 across 31 Google reviews and why most of our week comes from neighbors passing the number along — from older streets near downtown to the new builds going up toward Bulverde. We also install Lifestyle garage screens when the garage deserves to be more than storage.
- The Owner Runs the Job Shaun quotes it and shows up for it — no handoff to a subcontractor.
- Common Parts On Board Springs, cables, rollers, and openers ride with us, so most doors close today.
- Price Before the Wrench You see the failed part and the number before anything gets replaced.

Why Lone Star
Six Reasons Neighbors Pass Our Number Along
Built around the complaints homeowners kept repeating about the last company they called.
-
You Get an Actual Answer
Call or text and a person responds — not a dispatcher three states away.
-
Quoted Before We Start
The number you approve is the number on the invoice, parts included.
-
Springs Replaced in Pairs
Matching a new spring to a worn one just buys you a second service call.
-
Repair Before Replace
If a panel swap or new rollers will do it, we say so instead of selling a door.
-
Built for This Climate
Insulation, seals, and hardware chosen for Texas heat and hail season.
-
Financing When It Helps
Qualifying projects can be paid over time instead of all at once.
How It Goes
Clear Garage Door Service from First Call to Final Check
The same four steps whether it's a $200 roller swap or a full double-door replacement.
-
Tell Us What It's Doing
Call, text, or send the form. Describe the noise or the symptom — that's plenty.
-
Inspect the Garage Door System
Springs, cables, rollers, track, and opener, because one failure usually strains the next part.
-
Explain Your Options and Pricing
What failed, what it costs, and what can wait — laid out before anything is replaced.
-
Complete the Work, Test, and Clean Up
We cycle the door, check the safety reverse with you watching, and haul off the old parts.

"Highly recommend! Responsive, knowledgeable, honest and genuinely helpful. I received a response very quickly after submitting a question online. He took the time to understand what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about what needed to be done. He was transparent about costs, what work might be needed, and realistic timing from the start. I will absolutely call them first the next time I need garage door service."
"Lone Star Garage Solution is a top notch local company to rely on for your garage door project. We required a larger than average door (18 x 10) for our new structure. Shaun and his crew provided outstanding service. They provided assistance on the best style with options of windows and a strong door opener guaranteed to last. The crew provided a extremely professional image with delivery, and organized install. We are extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Lone Star to help everyone with their projects."
"I called on a Friday and Shaun was great! He went above and beyond and was very reasonably priced. He tried to make some calls but due to it being late Friday there was not a full fix available. He then offered to come out and see if he could at least get the garage to close. He was quick to respond kind and for the women out there he was not condescending, rude and very professional. He made sure I was okay with the end result before he left."
"Lone Star Garage Solutions was great to work with. Shaun was professional, showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. You can tell he cares about doing quality work and treating customers right. Highly recommend for anyone needing garage door service or repairs in the New Braunfels area. Thank you, Shaun! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!"
"This company was great!! They came out and replaced 2 doors, repainted them and the trim. Very professional and very reasonable price."
