These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to the text messages we send. The website and texts are operated by Lone Star Garage Solutions, a DBA of Lone Star Garage Restoration Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Estimates and Pricing

Prices shown by our instant quote tool, on this website, or given before we visit are estimates based on the information provided. Your final price is confirmed after we measure and inspect the opening in person. Door and screen images, including designs shown on photos of your home, are illustrations and may not match the finished product exactly in color, texture, or proportion.

Financing

Financing is offered through a third-party lender and is subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms. Lone Star Garage Solutions is not the lender and does not make credit decisions.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Text messages are sent by Lone Star Garage Solutions, a DBA (trade name) of Lone Star Garage Restoration Inc.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Lone Star Garage Solutions regarding estimates, appointments, service updates, customer support, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Program description. Lone Star Garage Solutions sends text messages to customers who opt in by checking a consent box in our website chat, or who say yes when we ask by phone or in person. Messages include estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and customer support replies. Promotional offers are sent only to customers who agree to receive them.

How to cancel. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Help and support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at shaun@lonestargaragesolution.com or (210) 935-1336.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your estimates, appointments, and service. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Age restriction. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: Privacy Policy. Our SMS Consent page shows the script we use when you opt in by phone or in person.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with how it works, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or submit false information.

Content and Ownership

The text, photos, graphics, and logos on this website belong to Lone Star Garage Solutions or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product names and brands shown belong to their respective manufacturers.
